GOOD TO KNOW

  • Four to six weeks is ideal. We will always try to accommodate a shorter timeline when our team and caviar supply allow.

  • We are based in Los Angeles and regularly serve Orange County, Dallas, Scottsdale, Seattle, and New York. We are available to travel nationwide.

  • Every experience is built around your guest count. Smaller gatherings are welcome and are quoted individually.

  • Two hours of roaming service is standard. Additional hours are available and quoted with your proposal.

  • Caviar, fresh blinis, crème fraîche, traditional accompaniments, linen cocktail napkins, service equipment, setup, breakdown, and event coordination.

  • A small staging area with access to a table, and shade or an interior space in warm weather. We handle the rest.

  • Yes. Gluten free options are available, and we are happy to discuss allergies and preferences in advance.

  • Absolutely. From Caviar Model styling and specialty pairings to branded details and presentation, we can tailor the experience to complement your event.

  • Le Bar à Caviar is our guided tasting experience, and private tastings can be arranged for planners and hosts.
